Need help with an order? Contact Petnetic with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short note about what happened so we can find the order quickly.

If something arrived damaged, wrong, faulty, or missing, photos of the item and packaging help us review it faster. Please include your order number and checkout email when you contact us.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will review your request under Petnetic's approved policy and provide return instructions where applicable.

Return slips and paper inserts

Some parcels may not include a printed return slip or paper insert. Order help and returns are handled online through Petnetic support. Please keep the packaging until you have checked the item.

Delivery questions

Delivery timing depends on your location and the option shown at checkout. Tracking is shared when available after dispatch, and carrier updates may take time to refresh while your parcel is moving.
