If something arrived damaged, wrong, faulty, or missing, include photos of what arrived, photos of the packaging, and a short note explaining the issue.

Please contact us before sending anything back. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is normally the customer's responsibility. Damaged, wrong, faulty, missing, or not-as-described items are reviewed separately under our return and refund policy.

For product-performance questions, include a photo of the item, a photo of the surface, and a short note about how you used it. Results can vary by fabric texture, hair type, and how worked-in the fur is.

The Fur & Fabric Hair Remover Brush is intended for suitable dry fabric surfaces. It is not intended for hard floors, general floor cleaning, carpets, rugs, wet mess, mud, spills, damp surfaces, leather, faux leather, vinyl, or delicate fabrics without testing.
